See you at our first-ever Collective Resiliency Virtual Summit!

It’s been a year since we ventured on the WOC/CS Journey. Now is the time to come together, reflect and recharge, and most importantly, plan a resilient, equitable and women-led future.

That’s why we’re counting down the days to our first ever Collective Resiliency Virtual Summit, where women of color professionals will come together to discuss how to build equitable solutions to our most pressing sustainability challenges — and how we can center our professional journeys around such solutions.

Building a green, just economy touches on every profession. We have a lot of ground to cover, from public policy to wellness to urban innovation. We’ll discuss funding a green startup, organizing communities to take climate action, and everything in between.

Here are just a few of the amazing, diverse speakers who will share their insights on building a sustainable career, community and world:

Peggy Shepard: Co-founder and Executive Director of WE ACT for Environmental Justice, Peggy is an influential community leader who organizes and engages northern Manhattan residents in community-based planning and campaigns to protect their health and seek environmental justice, locally and nationally.

Cheryl Campos: As director of Republic, a one-stop-shop for founders to raise capital from both accredited and non-accredited investors, Cheryl is dedicated to linking underrepresented founders to alternative funding sources in order to help their startups thrive.

Manpreet Kaur Kalra: A thought leader in impact communication, Manpreet launched Art of Citizenry to coach conscious businesses on how to maximize their impact through business development, branding and strategic marketing.

And so many more — click here for the full list and to register. We can’t wait to see you there!
